Check-In/Check-Out Time and Other Guest Requirements

Right on Time.

Guests can check in anytime between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check out time is strictly at 12:00 NN.

We would like to emphasize that due to the current pandemic, we are employing an extended disinfection period between each departure and arrival.

We’d like to know you.

We require all guests to submit government issued IDs prior to check in.

Cancellation Policies

Inform us

Kindly inform us through email any changes to your bookings. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of reservation without refund.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival date – Payment is forfeited

14-30 days prior to arrival – 25 percent of the total amount is forfeited

More than 30 days prior to arrival – Full refund

Force Majeure

Camper and Cabin shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, epidemic/pandemic, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labor disputes or delays of third parties.

Rebooking

A rescheduling (rebooking) or other arrangements may, at the sole discretion of the Management may be considered.

COVID Measures

Fill up and submit.

All guests are required to fill up a Health Declaration Form and submit online before arrival. We assure you that we take the necessary precautions to ensure that our place is safe and COVID-free.

Six feet apart.

We reinforce social distancing guidelines. Therefore, we encourage minimal interaction with our staff onsite.

Hygiene Check Station.

Upon arrival, guests are required to proceed to a small corner near the entrance where the staff will conduct a body temperature check. Hand sanitizer dispensers and hand wash basin are also installed so guests can disinfect their hands upon entry. We encourage guests to wear their masks especially on common areas within the property.

Visitors

Not on the list, no visit.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests in the property, no visitors of guests will be allowed. Only registered checked-in guests are allowed to enter and stay in the property.

Pool

Exclusive

The pool is exclusive for guests of Cabin 1 only.

Parental guidance is advised.

Kids must always be supervised by adults while in the pool area. The management will not be liable for any accidents resulting from the use of the swimming pool.

Best in swimsuit.

Only those wearing proper swimming attire will be allowed to use the pool.

Other House Rules/House Guide

Strictly NO smoking.

Let’s keep the air fresh and clean. We want to reduce the risk of forest fire too.

CLAYGO.

Our property is not a full serviced hotel. Hence, please clean as you go.

KEEP the volume down.

No loud noise and music please. We have other guests within the property so we kindly request the guests keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is at 10:00 PM.

Stay put.

Please respect the privacy of other guests and avoid from loitering in the other accommodations.

Together, let’s conserve water and electricity.

Given our property’s location, water supply is limited. Hence, we strongly urge you to please be mindful and conserve water.

Disconnect and reconnect.

We encourage you to detach and go off grid. Reconnect with nature while at the cabin. Enjoy the view, feel the breeze, and have a good time. You may opt to go old school and play cards and board games. These are available upon request.

Meantime, we have provided a prepaid PLDT home wifi in the cabin which you may use at your own expense during your stay.

Please be reminded that there are good days and bad days in terms of signal strength. Intermittent mobile signal may likewise be experienced.

Stay in and relax.

We suggest that you purchase anything that you may need before heading to the cabin. While there are groceries and small markets nearby, it is best to just stay in the cabin and make the most out of your stay.

We have some food items stacked in our pantry for sale. A list of available items is found in your accommodation.

Moreover, we have the provided the following for free in the kitchen—Coffee, Creamer, Tablea, Sugar, Oil, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Fish Sauce, Salt and Pepper.

Should you wish to order food trays, please let us know in advance so we can connect you with our recommended food provider.

Unidentified flying objects.

It can get really windy so be mindful of your belongings, especially light ones as they can be taken by the wind, and thrown off the cliff. We will not be held liable for the UFOs.

One with nature

Please be reminded that we are on top of a mountain. Hence, the presence of variety of insects. Don’t worry, they are harmless. Still, it would be a good idea to slather on insect repellent.

Safety starts with you.

While we have enclosed our perimeter with fences and fall protection nets, and implemented other safety measures, safety should be a team effort. Please do your part and avoid playing around the areas near the cliff. Never leave kids unsupervised especially outside the cabin. Again, we will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during your stay in Camper & Cabin.
